Welcome to my blog

This is my childhood home- Silvertown. A bleak magnificent backdrop on a pretty dreary early life. My school is on the right and we played on the school roof (many primary schools had them) and it seemed as if we could reach out and touch the ships. Lots of things have happened since... but however much I try my eyes do not mostly lift to the hills, but back to the docks and the grimy streets of East London

But today I am here in Staffordshire with Mary Nawal. But going to write mostly about London, London for free, health, personal stuff but mostly trying to reach out to my friends- and find some new ones.
